Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is seeking to recruit new Team Members in its numerous Branches around Malta.

 

 

The job holder will ensure a continuous Customer Centric approach, providing clients with the best service possible to fit their financial requirements.

 

 

 

What will you be doing?

The job holder will be responsible for:

 

  • Greeting Customers
  • Responding to customers’ queries
  • Assisting customers in their basic banking needs, including the provision of cash service
  • Providing an excellent and timely service to customers
  • Assisting in the monitoring of schedules and customer meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures

 

 

In addition to the specific functions, management may assign more duties as required for the job from time to time.

 

 

What should you have?

 

 

  • As per standard requirements, be in possession of a minimum of 4 O Levels at Grade 5 or C or better including in English Language (other Financial related MQF Level 3 and 4 equivalent or higher educational paths may be considered).
  • Be fluent in Maltese and English (speaking and writing).
  • Be highly responsible, committed, customer centric and an excellent team player.
  • Possess good communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office computer applications.
