Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Branch manager. The selected person will be managing a team and have the following responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service as per the company's standards
Developing and overseeing the commercial aspect of the unit whilst making sure staff retention and engagement is being maintained.
Ensuring growth and profitability are in line with the company's strategy
Monitoring, achieving and exceeding the set targets by organizing and planning initiatives and activities to maintain performance goals and to increase the volume of business and profitability
Managing a protfolio of customers whilst looking into the potential and opportunities for growth from current and prospective clients
Overseeing and managing the day to day operations
Instilling and sharing a sales culture vision with the team whilst developing them to their full potential
Ensuring compliance regulations and already established rules and procedures are being adhered with at all times
Building and maintaining relationships with the various stakeholders
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 7 years experience within a similar role and environment
Possess excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, both verbally and written
Possess strong leadership and team management skills
Highly organized and meticulous
Be flexible and highly committed
Candidates possessing a related Degree will be given preference
