Branch Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Branch manager. The selected person will be managing a team and have the following responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service as per the company's standards
• Developing and overseeing the commercial aspect of the unit whilst making sure staff retention and engagement is being maintained. 
• Ensuring growth and profitability are in line with the company's strategy 
• Monitoring, achieving and exceeding the set targets by organizing and planning initiatives and activities to maintain performance goals and to increase the volume of business and profitability
• Managing a protfolio of customers whilst looking into the potential and opportunities for growth from current and prospective clients
• Overseeing and managing the day to day operations
• Instilling and sharing a sales culture vision with the team whilst developing them to their full potential
• Ensuring compliance regulations and already established rules and procedures are being adhered with at all times 
• Building and maintaining relationships with the various stakeholders 

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 7 years experience within a similar role and environment
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, both verbally and written
• Possess strong leadership and team management skills
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Be flexible and highly committed
• Candidates possessing a related Degree will be given preference
