Our client is a leading law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the team;
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses;
  • Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical, in line with company procedures;
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties as required;
  • Open and close client files in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Prepare documentation for hearings, transactions, and client meetings;
  • Monitor case deadlines and ensure all timelines are met;
  • Assist with tasks related to the firm’s time management systems;
  • Support client onboarding processes, including the collection of KYC and compliance documentation;
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are managed efficiently.
Experience
  • A’ Level standard of education;
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or legal support role will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese, written and spoken.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment;
  • Professional and reliable approach to work.
