Our client is looking for a Reservations & Customer Care Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations, customer quiries, and day-to-day administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a confident, polite, and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Respond to emails relating to bookings, customer queries, and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Handle customer refund requests by liaising with the finance department and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with transport providers and crew when required, acting as the main point of contact to resolve operational issues, such as delayed groups.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including basic reporting, document filing, and record maintenance.
  • Order consumables for vessels and monitor stock levels as needed.
  • Assist customers with online bookings and support sales activity, with the opportunity to earn commission where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime. 
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks is required, 
  • Experience with reservations and travel arrangements or similar role is required.
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Must hold a valid EU passport.
