Role Overview

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Personal Assistant to support partners and lawyers in their day-to-day activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and Lawyer Support: Assist partners and lawyers with daily tasks and administrative activities.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage conference attendance and arrangements.
  • Travel Management: Handle travel bookings and accommodation for partners.
  • Filing and Documentation: Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Manage calls and address clients' administrative needs professionally.
  • Billing and Reporting: Provide assistance with billing processes and internal reporting systems.
  • Calendar and Email Management: Coordinate meetings and manage email correspondence.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials and greet clients.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Experience: While relevant work experience is advantageous, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Education: A-level standard of education is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Maltese is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and handle client interactions with professionalism.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and dependable approach to tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
