Position: Part-Time Office Administrator (Onsite, Ta’ Xbiex)
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team and provide essential support to the Office and Accounts Manager in the day-to-day running of our office.
🕒 This is an onsite, part-time position based in Ta’ Xbiex, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a friendly and collaborative office environment.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely under the supervision of the Office and Accounts Manager to help maintain a pleasant, well-organised workspace and support a variety of administrative and operational tasks. They will also assist with certain HR-related duties — such as posting vacancies or helping with onboarding — while the overall HR function remains managed by the Office and Accounts Manager.
