Night Receptionist

Join our prestigious 5-star hotel as a Night Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of the hotel during night hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and safety throughout the night shift.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle all front desk operations during night shifts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Welcome late arrivals and assist departing guests.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies promptly.
- Perform night audit duties and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel premises during the night.
- Coordinate with other departments for any guest needs or operational issues.
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional presence at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in Malta and based in Malta or willing to relocate.
