General Soft Drinks Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Office Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The office clerk will be responsible for performing providing administrative support to the CEO. The duties will include filing and organising records, answering the telephone, preparing documentation for meetings and carrying out ad hoc administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with general office duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding and labelling documents
- Preparing documentation for meetings
- Process and distribute daily mail
- Maintaining the CEO office filing system and respective database
- Arranging travel plans for CEO, and international visitors
- Managing logistics for all meetings including room setups
- Prepare and serve refreshments for guests of the CEO
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English and Maltese
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking.
