We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the operations and management team.
Responsibilities:
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.
Act as the primary contact for maintenance, suppliers, and service bookings for the outlets, pastry, and kitchen
Serve as a key point of contact for top clients, intercompany communications, and office inquiries.
Review and approve rosters for Heads of Departments and assist with other approvals and T&A reports.
Provide support as required to the General manager, including setting up meetings, manage the General Manager’s GM calendar and assisting with paperwork.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication in both English & Maltese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
