Our clients, an international Bank is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Handle daily communication through walk-ins, incoming calls, mail, and emails, redirecting to the appropriate staff members as necessary;
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped for scheduled meetings;
Coordinate and provide refreshments for clients and guests;
Monitor the office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as needed;
Liaise with external maintenance personnel for routine checks and repairs;
Ensure a clean and well-maintained office environment;
Assist the Office Manager with any ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
Proactive approach and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound IT aptitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education and Experience
A minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.
