Our clients, an international Bank is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handle daily communication through walk-ins, incoming calls, mail, and emails, redirecting to the appropriate staff members as necessary;
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped for scheduled meetings;
  • Coordinate and provide refreshments for clients and guests;
  • Monitor the office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as needed;
  • Liaise with external maintenance personnel for routine checks and repairs;
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained office environment;
  • Assist the Office Manager with any ad hoc duties as needed.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound IT aptitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education and Experience
  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.
