Our client, who operates within the cleaning sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Your main responsibilities will include:
Collecting employee timesheets
Issuing invoices for internal purposes
Devising, maintaining and updating databases along with ensuring all documentation is filed in a systematic and organised manner
Following up on any pending actions from an administrative point of view
Handling and sustaining the office whilst ensuring a positive environment
Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
