Health Club Receptionist (Part-Time)

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Health Club Receptionist within the LivingWell Health Club. This position is available on a part-time basis.

The selected applicant would work within the Hilton Malta Living Well Health Club, which is frequented by a large number of in-house guests as well as local members. 

Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests and members using the Health Club and assists with check-in and registration procedures.

• Answers phones and emails, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and relay information to appropriate team members as needed.

• Performs other duties such as data entry, filing, processing emails, and assisting with other general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• possesses a minimum of one-year experience within the customer service sector, preferably specifically working within a reception environment. 

• Has an outgoing personality and enjoys working with people

• Has a keen interest in the fitness and health sector

• Be organised and have the ability to multitask in a busy working environment

• Be fluent in English 

• Has good computer skills and able to work mornings, evenings and weekends as would be necessary

• Applicants with an A level standard of education, as a minimum will be given preference.
