Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guests, identify the nature of their visit, and guide them to the appropriate destinations.
Monitor visitor access, issue passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Address and resolve inquiries, requests, and provide necessary feedback.
Organize and handle correspondence, mail, and courier deliveries.
Assist in enforcing fire, health, and safety protocols.
Maintain documentation and provide general administrative support to the administration office.
Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as requested.
