Our client, a CSP, is looking for a Front Office Administrator to join their growing team 

  • Creating a positive and professional image through the branding of the reception area.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests, attending calls and emails as well as performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Manage client relationships while providing excellent customer service and be aware of confidentiality and GDPR rules to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information. 
  • Organising and distributing mail, obtaining signatures for documents, booking meetings and stocking and preparing boardrooms. 
  • Making sure that all records are archived within all departments. 
  • Coordinating with maintenance and managing office equipment and IT call outs when required as well as booking travel arrangements.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Having excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Maltese and English.
  • Having sttrong interpersonal skills and being able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize them as needed.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Well organised and ability to work in a team and follow direction.
  • Strong computer literacy
Education & Experience
  • Qualifications in a related field is considered as an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
