GTS Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Front Desk Officer/Assistant Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and motivated team player capable of working on their initiative and within tight deadlines.
The main duties for this role include handling specific translation projects, coordinating with corporate clients and the company's external staff, day-to-day general office duties, and liaising with the different departments and internal staff of the company.

Candidates having previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.

Applicants must possess: 
  • 2 years experience in a similar position (Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, Administration, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English and Maltese
  • Sound knowledge of Italian (or other foreign languages) is considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a team and with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Excellent IT skills (preferably in possession of an ECDL Certificate).
The selected candidate will be working from our offices in Valletta.
