Our client, a leading school in Malta is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Lead and manage the facilities team across two school campuses, including both in-house and contracted staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and best practices, promoting a safe learning and working environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee fire drills and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Manage contracts and performance of external service providers, including maintenance and cleaning contractors.
  • Oversee the operation, scheduling, and external hire of school sports facilities, ensuring efficient use and high standards of service.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
