Due to recent growth, we are seeking a Condominium Accounts and Office Clerk to join our team on a definite contract.
Job Description
The selected candidate will support the Condominium Administrator in managing the financial and administrative operations of various residential blocks across Malta. The role involves handling payment processing, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth condominium management.
Duties
• Chase outstanding payments daily by reviewing Excel sheets and bank statements for blocks, sending reminders via email or phone to owners
• Processing invoices and issuing payments related to condominium expenses
• Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with owners regarding dues
• Prepare cheques and cash for bank deposits
• Contribute to the overall upkeep of the office
• Manage the filing and scanning of documents efficiently
• Update and manage the condominium's databases and filing systems
• Welcoming and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Support the management of office supplies, ensuring stocks are maintained
and replenished as needed
• Perform any other duties that may be required
Work Schedule
• 40 hours a week spread over Monday to Friday
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Previous experience in accounts, payments, or bookkeeping is highly desirable
• Be detail-oriented, highly organised, and effective communication
• Be proactive and have a methodical work approach
• Be a determined individual
• Able to use Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• European passport or permission to work in Malta
• Clean police conduct certificate (must be presented)
