CF Contracting Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Business Centre Receptionist / Clerk, reporting to the Head of Operations to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Being a point of contact between the clients and the organization
  • Greet guests visiting the offices and complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
  • Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
  • Maintaining office calendars including meeting room bookings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including telephone calls and postal mail including couriers
  • Assisting in other general office management and administrative tasks as needed
  • Keeping the office well stocked (e.g. toiletries, office, and kitchen supplies) and running at all times.

  • Flexible for roster timings from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM.

Education & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
