CF Contracting Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Business Centre Receptionist / Clerk, reporting to the Head of Operations to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Being a point of contact between the clients and the organization
Greet guests visiting the offices and complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
Maintaining office calendars including meeting room bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including telephone calls and postal mail including couriers
Assisting in other general office management and administrative tasks as needed
Keeping the office well stocked (e.g. toiletries, office, and kitchen supplies) and running at all times.
