Full-time & Part-time Administration/Helpdesk Clerk

We require a self-driven candidate to join our team to assist in the overall general office duties. The ideal candidate should be computer-literate, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. He/she will help with general office duties.

Duties:

  • Handle clients enquiries
  • Answering of emails/Facebook messages
  • Preparation of documents
  • Daily cash takings
  • Coordinating between departments
  • Assisting the managing director
  • other day-to-day general office duties

Preference will be given to individuals who hold previous experience in a similar position. A basic knowledge of accounts would be considered an asset.
