Administration – Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the business and assist the lettings, sales, and management teams. No previous real estate experience is required — full training will be provided.
The Role
As Administration Officer, you will play a key support role within the office, ensuring that records, documentation, and internal processes run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to letting agents, property managers, and consultants
Preparing and organising documentation, contracts, and files
Keeping property listings, client records, and databases accurate and up to date
Handling general office administration and coordination tasks
Assisting with enquiries, emails, and internal communications
Supporting move-ins, renewals, and property management processes
Ensuring compliance documentation is properly filed and maintained
Working closely with management to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
No previous real estate experience required – full training provided
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and time-management skills
Comfortable working with computers and basic office systems
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
