Valuations & Financial Modelling Manager

We are currently supporting a leading professional services firm in the search for A Valuations & Financial Modelling Manager.

Main responsibilities :

• Lead business valuation engagements for financial reporting, impairments, restructurings, strategic planning and shareholder matters.
• Develop and review complex financial models, including DCF, integrated three-statement, forecasting and scenario analysis models.
• Perform valuations in line with IVS and IFRS requirements, including PPA support, intangible asset valuations and impairment testing.
• Prepare and review valuation reports and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and audit readiness.
• Manage engagements end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resourcing and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as a key contact for clients, audit teams and regulators on valuation and modelling matters.
• Mentor junior team members and support technical development across the team.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong valuation and financial modelling expertise with advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with financial reporting valuations, DCF analysis and financial modelling from first principles.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and/or ACCA, ACA, CPA or CFA qualification (or in progress).
