Tax Specialist

Our client, a well known CSP in Malta, is currently looking to recruit a Tax Senior Officer to join their Corporate Services Department. 

Responsabilties: 

• Assist clients with the process of tax/vat registration
• Provide administrative support in relation to tax residence certificate applications
• Preparing and/or reviewing of computations
• Handling the Maltese tax affairs of international clients, including the preparation/reviewing of tax returns for companies
• Manage statutory filings with CFR on behalf of clients
• Compilation of shareholder registration forms and preparation of tax refund claims
• Advising and assisting both local and international clients to comply with their VAT compliance obligations
• Keeping abreast with direct and indirect tax developments
• Assistance in the preparation of share transfer documentation in accordance with local legislation such as Income Tax, Stamp Duty 
• Assist with the preparation of reports and projects as required
