Senior Tax Accountant

Our client, one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team serving a predominantly international client base across multiple industries, as well as private clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience and take on a challenging, rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Tax Supervisors on technical matters, including drafting and reviewing departmental procedures
• Oversee and support junior team members on client portfolios
• Manage complex Income Tax and VAT matters across various business sectors
• Participate in client meetings and provide expert guidance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years local working experience in a similar role, specializing in Tax
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Education and Experience

• Fully qualified & warranted accountant with an MIT qualification
