Our client is seeking a highly organised and responsible Client Administration Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business while ensuring excellent client service and efficient coordination across internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team and clients.
  • Maintain and update internal management systems and client records accurately. 
  • Assist with client onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices and billing matters.
  • Coordinate correspondence, meetings, and documentation with clients and internal departments.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the team with reporting, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in improving and maintaining internal administrative processes.
  • Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or personal/partner support role.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office applications and internal management systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Mature, responsible, and professional approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and client-focused mindset, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior management, partners, or executives would be advantageous.
