Senior Finance Executive
Ably Resources (Malta) Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Executive to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About the Client:
Our Client is a well-known organisation undertaking a range of services to commercial and residential client buildings throughout Malta.
Due to the ongoing expansion of the Finance Team, a Senior Finance Executive is now required to join the thriving head office in Birkirkara.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accruals and prepayments in preparation of accounts
- Posting and processing journal entries
- Assisting with end-of-month closing procedures
- Acting as a point of reference point to team members for any issues
- Co-ordinating tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring correct information posted in the system and that procedures are followed
- Analysing internal accounting procedures, suggesting improvements where appropriate
- Maintaining regular contact with other internal departments to ensure correct information is communicated with regard to transactions.
Talent will:
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to develop relationships with multiple departments
- Demonstrate similar experience in a finance role
- Have a positive attitude with the confidence to lead teams
- Be organised with excellent time management and planning skills
