Senior Client Accountant

A Senior Client Accountant vacancy is currently available with a growing consultancy firm. As a Senior Client Accountant, reporting to a Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of local and international clients
• Managing client queries and their resolutions
• Ensuring all data relating to the work of the Junior Client Accountants will be accurate
• Completion of accounts up to and including the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Full completion of tax and VAT returns, where applicable
• Liaising with external auditors

• A minimum of three years practical local experience is required ideally in a client accounting role
• Experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements would be considered highly beneficial
• Sound Knowledge of VAT reporting
• Responsible and able to work with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential
• Strong client relationship management skills are key

• The ideal candidate would be a fully qualified accountant through ACCA or equivalent
