Senior Advisor

We are seeking an advisor to work alongside our Corporate Finance leader and to manage and deliver diverse client engagements including:

• Business plans;
• Feasibility studies;
• Business valuations;
• Financial due diligence reports; 
• Financial projections; and
• Family succession planning

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand strategic, financial, and business operations and to dissect complex information into comprehensible presentations.  

Qualifications and experience

Masters degree in accountancy or finance related areas, coupled with strong analytical and excellent report writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates who possess financial modelling skills and have hands-on experience in financial/cost controlling or auditing and proficiency in accountancy and corporate finance. 

Skills:

• Excellent relationship management, 
• Communication and reporting skills, 
• Ease to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders; 
• Financial modelling using MS Excel; and 
• A commercial acumen.
