Senior Accounts Executive

Our client, offering healthcare and residential care services is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries
- Assist in the overall Cashflow Management
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Manage the whole accounts receivable processes, including payments, invoicing, debtor control and follow-up of overdue receivables
- Review expenses, payroll records and other documents as assigned
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Organise and facilitate internal payroll audits
- Assist with the external audits and liaise with local banks as necessary
- Previous local experience, ideally up to the preparation of management accounts
- Efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A'level in Accounts or better
