We are seeking to employ Officers/Executives to work in the Payroll and Internal Audit areas.
Payroll Area
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing the Agency’s payroll, ensuring all deductions, benefits, and payments are administered promptly and in full compliance with local employment tax regulations. This role involves administering and maintaining the payroll IT system, ensuring all data is current and accurate. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and have an eye for detail. The successful candidate will also have very good interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team is essential for success in this role.
Internal Audit Area
The selected candidate shall report to the Internal Audit Manager. The role entails assisting in the planning and execution of the Annual audit plan by carrying out Business Operational and ICT related audits and recommending corrective actions to improve operations and mitigate risks identified.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity which offers the selected candidate broad exposure of ICT and business operational audit activities. The selected candidate needs to be diligently keen on information technology, self-motivated, inquisitive, has excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional ethics.
Eligibility Requirements
The successful candidates, are expected to hold either of the following sets of qualifications and/or experience in areas related to either Finance and/or Business and/or Procurement/Sourcing and/or Legal:
i. A qualification at MQF level 5 or higher, in which case no previous experience is necessary; OR
ii. A qualification at MQF level 4 together with one year’s related working experience; OR
iii. Two years related experience.
