Junior Associate - Business Process Solutions (Part-Time / ACCA Student)

Our client, a well-established provider of business and commercial services in Malta, is looking to hire Junior Associate - Business Process Solutions (Part-Time / ACCA Student).

The Junior Associate will assist the team with the basics of accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Posting of invoices
• Debtors and creditors reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
• Payroll computations
• Completion and filling in of VAT returns
• Other accounting duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
• An accounting diploma such as AAT, or currently studying for ACCA qualification.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
