Junior Accounting Associate

Our client, a company service provider, is looking to recruit a Junior Accounting Associate.
The main responsibilities include :
- Posting of expenses and bank transactions in accounting software when necessary
- Preparation of sales invoices
- Posting of wages and salaries in accounting software.
- Calculation of payroll
- Calculation of accruals and prepayments
- Preparation of management accounts when necessary
- Assistance with generating VAT reports for submission of client VAT returns.
- Assisting with drafting reports when necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Currently reading for a University Degree in Accountancy or in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification.
- Flexible working hours
- Summer hours
