Financial Controller

A position of Financial Controller, has arisen within the retail industry. Leading the finance team, the chosen candidate will be responsible for,

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and management accounts 
• Preparation of budgeting and forecasting
• Analysing the management accounts and identifying areas where there are variances 
• Managing cash flow 
• Managing and motivating the finance team 
• Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and filed properly 
• Liasing with auditors to ensure compliancy with the regulations 

• At least 3 years of previous experience within a similar position
• Forward and critical thinker
• Excellent communication skills both in Maltese and English
• Able to multitask and a problem solver

• Fully Qualified Accountant
