Financial Controller

Our client, operating within the hospitality industry, is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to form part of their team. Reporting to the Group CFO, the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

• Preparing the monthly management accounts 
• Preparation of yearly budgeting and forecasting together with the Heads of Department and CFO
• Cash-flow preparation and VAT returns 
• Interpretation of financial data relating to upcoming and existing projects within the business 
• Acting as first point of contact with external auditors 
• Supervising and monitoring the work of the Finance Department personnel in line with Group policies and procedures
• Proposing improvements to the internal processes utilised in the Finance Department
