Finance Officer

Our client a renown company in Malta is looking for 2 finance officers to join their team 

Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record and reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and ledger accounts.
• Assist with journals, month-end adjustments, and account reconciliations.
• Support payment processing and banking activities.
• Help monitor cash movements and prepare basic cash flow information.
• Ensure financial documentation is complete and complies with internal procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
• Work with different teams to resolve finance-related queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and other finance projects.
• Carry out additional finance duties as required.

Requirements

• Basic local understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• A level in Accounts or similar
