Finance Officer

One of our clients, offering corporate services to a variety of international and local clients, is looking to recruit a Finance Officer to join their team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Contacting debtors and chasing up via email as well as telephone
• Liaising with external parties such as clients, banks, suppliers, auditors and government authorities
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
• Ensuring filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems are up to date
• Ensuring work schedules are complete, managing calendars and arranging appointments
• Preparation and sending of invoices and credit notes to clients
• Use of Sage for inputting data
• Executing bank payments
• Bank, VAT, creditors and other accounts reconciliations
• Preparation and submission of Vat Returns and recapitulative declarations
• Preparation and presentation of progress reports for senior management review
