A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to work with one of our clients operating within the Retail industry. The chosen candidate will be forming part of a closely knit finance team and managing the junior accountants
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow
- Oversee company's accounts and investments
- Produce quarterly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts
- Supervise and manage the Junior Accountants
- Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
- Collaborate with auditing services
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost-reduction opportunities
- A minimum of 2 years of previous local experience doing up to management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Managerial experience in considered an asset
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel is a must-have
- A strong can-do attitude and able to challenge
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Fully-qualified or in the last stages of ACCA
