Finance Executive

Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

We now have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

As part of the pre-opening team, the Finance Executive is an integral position responsible for handling part of the financial processes of the organization including helping with financial policies, helping with budgets, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Entering invoice data 
• Coordinating with suppliers 
• Updating receivables and payables ledgers as needed 
• Overseeing the purchase order system 
• Handling financial administrative tasks 
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts 
• Collecting payments from clients 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:  

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures 
• Advanced MS Excel skills 
• Knowledge of financial regulations 
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills 
• The right candidate must have excellent communication skills & a positive professional attitude 
• Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
