Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their client's team on a full-time basis.
About the client:
Ably Resources are delighted to represent a brand-new client experiencing rapid growth and huge investment due to continued works in Malta and plans to open several new facilities in Malta over the next few years. Due to rapid growth, a Finance Executive is required.
Responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to:
- To organise, process and ensure a smooth flow of all documentation received at the Accounts Office
- To vet suppliers’ invoices received at the Accounts Office to ensure their completeness and process them through the company’s accounting system
- To process supplier and other monthly payments
- Communicating with suppliers and OICs as well as coordinating with other accounting team members to ensure the smooth running of all processes
- Assist in the development of the day-to-day processes and accounting policies
- Compilation and preparation of any requested reports
Requirements:
- A related qualification in Accounts/Finance
- Experience within the Maltese market
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
