Our client in the Shipping and Transport Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of invoices.
- Assisting to maintain accounting records.
- Reconciliations.
- Posting of invoices.
- Assisting to ensure all supplier statements are tackled.
- Posting of payments.
- Preparation of cheques and cash deposits.
- Assisting with day to day accounting duties.
- Collaboration with other departments if necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of local working experience in a similiar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Ordinary Level of Education in accounts would be considered an asset
- Health Insurance
