We are looking for a detailed-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and the management of outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for credit card data input / bank commission statements to support credit card reconciliations
• Supporting the Income Audit function in routine daily tasks
• Supporting the Cashiering function
• Supporting the Accounts Payable function: covering payment preparations and posting/checking of invoices through Material Controls and Accounting System
• Support other sections within the Finance Team when required – Accounts Receivable (Invoicing to clients.)
• Provide support in adhoc finance related project works as may be required from time to time.
