Our client, a well-established company operating in the Insurance sector is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team. The chosen candidate will predominantly be managing the debtors cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Debtors cycle
- Reconciling receipts and posting into the debtors system
- Maintaining good relationships with intermediaries
- Monitoring debtors balances and conduct monthly reconciliations of debtor accounts
- Compiling and prepare regular reports
- Helping out with debtor chasing when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as needed from time to time
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting
- Previous experience dealing with debtors
- Assertive personality and able to work independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Education and Experience
- A'level in Accounts or better
