Our client, a well know company within the heath services industry is looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day accounting functions of the company
Preparing management accounts and liaising with the external auditors
Budget Preparation and Cost Control
Preparing of ad-hoc operational reports as may be required by management
Preparing and filing of VAT returns
Preparation of Payroll
Assisting General Manager with the day to day operations
Premises Maintenance and Improvements
Liaising with the service providers to ensure the smooth running of IT systems
