We are looking for a Data Input Clerk to join our client's team.


ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Malta's leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring that invoices are in line with quotes and approved purchase orders.
  • Inputting invoices.
  • Other administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required by the Financial Controller.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Has proven work experience in a similar position or experience in an accounting office.  
  • Understanding data and producing reports.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION

A bachelor's degree will be considered an asset.

WORKING TIME

Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.
