We are looking for a Data Input Clerk to join our client's team.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Malta's leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring that invoices are in line with quotes and approved purchase orders.
Inputting invoices.
Other administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required by the Financial Controller.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Has proven work experience in a similar position or experience in an accounting office.
Understanding data and producing reports.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree will be considered an asset.
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.
