Credit Controller (Part Time)

Our client is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their growing team. Reporting to the Accounts Executive, the ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Chase payments by calling clients or via e mail
• Issuing of credit notes
• Reversal of invoices
• Creating and maintaining the weekly report
• Assisting with the issuing of invoices when needed
• Assisting the office administrator and receptionist on day to day duties when necessary, such as answering phone calls or creating job sheets for technicians and assigning them duties
• Assisting with the accounts department when necessary for daily deposit allocations, preparing the deposit Bag for collection, and handle petty cash

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Credit Control
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, both verbal and written
• Able to work well in a team
