Credit Control Clerk (Part-time/Full-time)

A new opportunity has just opened for a Credit Control clerk to support a well-established company operating within the FMCG sector. This candidate will be working on a part-time basis assisting the department, typically the Credit Controller, with the general upkeep of the credit control function.

Responsibilites:

• Recording of payments in client accounts together with invoice matching
• Reconciling statements with customers as may be required
• Providing signed copies to customers as may be requested
• Following up on e-mails/queries from customers
• Chasing overdue accounts
• Assisting colleagues with duties related to credit control like debtor chasing
• Other ad hoc duties as necessary

• A minimum of 1 year of previous local accounting experience
• Some exposure to credit control would be considered a strong asset

• O'level in Accounts
