Client Accountant

Our client, a boutique CSP, is seeking to recruit a Client Accountant to join their Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, handling accounting duties and acting as the main point of contact for the clients
• Preparing financial statements and liaising with the auditors
• Tax reporting, payments and liaising with the authorities
• Client payroll
• Preparing VAT returns
• Other duties which may be required from time to time

• Possess an excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Have a sound knowledge of IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Candidates with experience in a similar role will be given preference
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Fully qualified accountant/In the process of obtaining ACCA
