We are looking for a bookkeeper, ideally with some experience using XERO account system but that is not essential. It would also be beneficial if you have some experience with STRIPE. We also use.VTiger CRM.
All of this experience would be beneficial but is not strictly necessary.
We are a small team. It's a basic accounting role collecting together invoices for VAT which is outsourced collecting hours worked information and holiday collection to be passed over to our payroll bureau. Accounts payable actually operating the bank account and paying bills. Credit control and reconciliation and some contract management and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets and Google Drive files. All systems are online we would like someone to work either part-time or full-time we are open to both.
