Assistant Finance Manager

United Garage Limited – Hertz Int Licensee, is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will: 

• Take full ownership of the Trial Balance and support in the completion of the monthly Management Accounts. 
• Complete VAT Returns including submission and payment.
• Assist in the analysis of payables and receivables including the reconciliation of Key Partner accounts.
• Ensure Bank/Loans/petty cash reconciliations are performed monthly for due approval by Finance Manager and assist with the monthly cashflow process.
• Support with the compilation of the annual audit deliverables.
• Support in the preparation of the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
• Support in the development of existing I.T. ERP – automation, processes and overall enhancements.

The ideal candidate will be qualified / warranted accountant (ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.

We are looking for someone willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and can-do attitude and willing to integrate well with all department within the organisation.

The remuneration package on offer will be that between 35,000 Euros to 40,000 Euros depending on industry experience and qualifications.
