Sunspot Tours Malta Ltd is looking to recruit an Admin & Book Keeper to join their team on a part-time basis.

Main Duties:
  • Checking & paying Invoices
  • Posting Rep sales
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Petty Cash
  • General Bookkeeping
  • Performing general accounting duties as may be required including administration and filing.

Applicants should preferably have:
  • Two years experience
  • O’ level standard
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Sage accounting software and Microsoft applications would be considered an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative, whilst also being able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week with flexible hours between 08:30 AM to 17:00 PM
