Our client based in Gozo is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team.
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts
Inputting data into accounting software or databases
Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
Make and track appropriate sales and use tax payments on invoices as needed
Work with external vendors to resolve any invoice problems or inaccuracies
Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
Managing employee expense claims
Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
Skill-sets and Requirements
Ideally 1 year experience in a similar role
Highly organised and takes initiative
Fluent in Maltese language
